Trump's Granddaughter Seeks Professional Advice from Golf Legend Woods Prior to LPGA First Appearance

Young golfer getting ready for major competition

This young athlete has considerable social media presence

Kai Trump can count on numerous well-known supporters as she starts her first LPGA appearance this Thursday.

This teenage golfer, who is connected to Donald Trump, received a special exemption to play at the Annika competition in the Sunshine State.

The former president, an avid golfer, possesses numerous courses worldwide and often plays against Kai.

"He's pretty good. I shouldn't elaborate but we play competitive games," she stated.

Kai explained that her grandfather, who won't be present, told her: "Simply avoid anxiety."

"He essentially advised me to compete and enjoy myself," she explained.

"To me, he's simply a normal grandpa. He won't be there this weekend. He's busy with presidential duties, making him quite busy."

While still amateur, Kai has participated in just three tournaments in 2024 and maintains the 461st position in the American Junior Golf Association listings.

But she can get advice from golf legend, who is dating Kai's mother.

"He represents the best player worldwide," the young golfer said.

"And he's a superior individual. He told me to go out there, relax, following whatever happens."

Kai will face multiple top competitors in women's golf at this tournament, such as world number two the champion, British Charley Hull, professional Thompson and last year's winner Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers mentioned that her participation helps introduce golf to new audiences, especially reaching youth audiences.

The young star maintains substantial online presence and recently launched an exclusive fashion and living label.

Her first tee time at late afternoon GMT.
